Why is Freedom of Speech Important?
We defend the First Amendment by sending petitions to Congress, especially for citizens, chaplains or pastors who pray "in Jesus' name," or speak freely about their religion.

Why is Freedom of Religion important?
Without freedom of religion, no other rights exist. If you have freedom of assembly, but not freedom of religion, you cannot assemble for religious gatherings. If you have freedom to petition but not freedom of religion, you cannot petition for religious freedoms. If you have freedom of the press, but not freedom of religion, you cannot print freely about your religion. If you have freedom of speech, but not freedom of religion, you cannot speak freely about religion. The Constitution does not say the words "separation of Church and State," but it does protect free exercise of religion.

Please sign our petitions and donate to help The Pray In Jesus Name Project and Chaplain Klingenschmitt to defend freedom of religion and freedom of speech in America and the world.
